Yes, all staff are fully trained by AutoGlym

Are you completely mobile?

Yes, we are. We do not need to use any of your electricity or water.

How often should I have an exterior valet?

We recommend every week. We do of course provide discounts for members signing up to our maintenance package

What happens when it’s raining?

We always travel with our Valeting tent, which comfortably covers the vast majority of vehicles

What happens in the winter when it gets dark early?

Our van is kitted out with an onboard floodlight, so we can continue to work in the dark

Are any products you use harmful in any way to my vehicle?

No, all products are safe to use on your vehicle and will NOT harm it. They are professional Valeting products

Do I have to book in advance for Lifeshine?

Yes, we require booking 48 hours in advance. You will need a full valet prior to this
